ERC Rover Mechanic Challenge
Dear Martians!
We are thrilled to announce that 𝗘𝗥𝗖 𝗥𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 will be held this weekend (Sep 11th – 13th) during ERC Space and Robotics Event 2020.
About ERC RMC:
𝗘𝗥𝗖 𝗥𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 is an e-tournament based on the world’s only simulator for repairing Mars Rovers. This is a special version of Rover Mechanic Simulator created in cooperation with European Rover Challenge – Space & Robotics Event 2020.
About e-tournament:
Participants of the competition will take part in challenging tasks, which require them to fix Mars Rovers as quickly as possible. Every hour, 4 participants will play at the same time. Each person’s task is to fix 4 Mars Rovers (including Curiosity!), which will have a random malfunction to fix each hour. Only one of the participants will win the possibility to remotely control the real rover on Mars Yard!
